Syntax

	ResourceFolder folder,

	bool modded = true
)

folder: Type: KitResourceFolder
The folder to read the file from.
file: Type: SystemString
The path and file-name relative to the folder.
modded (Optional): Type: SystemBoolean
Whether to allow mods to provide their version of the file instead. Has no effect if MODDING is not defined.

Type: String
Contents of the file as a String.
